We are currently seeking motivated individuals for the following roles:

Estimators
Responsible for evaluating property damage, preparing detailed scopes of work, and coordinating with homeowners and insurance representatives. Strong attention to detail and clear communication are essential.

Project Managers
Oversee restoration projects from mitigation through completion. This role requires organization, leadership, and the ability to manage timelines while maintaining quality standards.

Crew Chiefs
Lead on-site restoration teams during emergency mitigation and recovery work. Crew chiefs ensure safety procedures are followed and projects stay on track.

Technicians
Perform water extraction, structural drying, demolition, cleanup, and restoration tasks. Technicians must be dependable, physically capable, and comfortable working in active job sites.

General Laborers
Assist with demolition, debris removal, equipment setup, and job site preparation. This position supports restoration crews and plays an important role in maintaining efficiency and safety.
